People FAIL.

I dislike people who refuse to be flexible with their schedules! It just frustrates me so freaking much. I am a volunteer at a camp for little kids and I am taking five new people with me which all who have said "I want to help so much" blah blah blah. Then it gets down to like a month away and we're supposed to have all of the meetings for it and such and this one freaking kid will not agree with me on ANYTHING. I really just want to tell this kid you know what don't come at all. It's not worth it, I don't care.  But I cant do that. Grr. As I get more and more involved in management with different things I am realizing that you cannot rely on people at all. People are always going to fail you and you just have to say you know what it's okay, don't worry about it. But that seems so hard most of the time. I am also realizing how much easier it is to tell people you know what I'll just do it all on my own rather than you screw everything up. That is a bad attitude to have. But I have a sever case of it.
